The wooden mandolin perpetuates the heritage of Jean BRON, creator of the first mandolin in 1946, inspired by the traditional vegetable-cutting wooden boards.
This wooden mandolin allows the precise cutting of vegetables of varying thicknesses (1 to 10 mm) and a cutting width of up to 75 mm.
